Music Director + Drummer CJ Trusclair is the pride of Baton Rouge, Louisiana – the beloved hometown where his musical gift grew into the dream career he enjoys today. Having toured the world with ultra-soulful songstress Ari Lennox as her MD and Drummer, CJ is an emerging young talent with many great moments ahead of him.
In addition to his work away from home, CJ is Music Director for the professional live performance artist group Universal Language, based in Baton Rouge. The 7-piece jam band is wildly popular in and around the Capitol City, where they frequently provide memorable entertainment for benefits, fundraisers, campaign events, and weddings.
